Abstract
Ovarian cancer is an aggressive malignancy with limited treatment options. This study investigates the impact of the catalytic compound JPC129 on the gene expression of A2780 ovarian cancer cells via RNA sequencing. Differential expression and GO enrichment analyses identified EGR3 and IFNG as key upregulated genes, associated with hematopoiesis regulation, epithelial cell proliferation, and leukocyte cell-cell adhesion. These findings suggest that JPC129 modulates the tumor microenvironment and may influence both tumor suppression and immune dynamics, demonstrating its potential as a therapeutic candidate.
