In this poster we investigate that engineered phage (K1F-GFP-EGF) for any loss of lytic activity caused by mutation as well as using confocal microscope to investigate the mutant phage’s ability to be to internalised by two human cell lines: hCMEC and Fibroblasts which are targeted by K1 infection
