<text>Research has found that SHAP's interpretation of model predictions varies with data Sometimes, the predicted results are similar, but the model's interpretation has indeed changed. This research project will study the patterns of change .This project uses AI4I 2020 predictive maintenance data as the dataset, which is divided into 70%, 15%, and 15% fixed partitions. After preprocessing, XGBoost and Random Forest are used to make predictions and use TreeSHAP to interpret the prediction results. In this project, four different degrees of interference will be added to five types of features, and 400 basic test samples, 3 model seeds, 110400 pairs of original perturbation samples, and 883200 feature attribution records will be analyzed In the stable dataset predicted in this experiment, as Gaussian noise increased from 0.01 to 0.20, the explanatory change score of XGBoost increased from 0.047 to 0.201, and the explanatory change score of Random Forest increased from 0.008 to 0.143. The overlap rate of Top-5 was 1.0. In addition, among the 90582 events with a failure probability change rate not exceeding 0.02, there were only two strictly unstable events, both of which were feature exchange positions with similar SHAP values. The difference in interpretation will increase with the increase of data. If you only look at the top value, you may not be able to see subtle differences .Accurate model prediction does not mean stable explanation; Explaining stability does not necessarily mean that the explanation is correct, nor does it mean that it proves causal relationships in reality.</text>

<text>Genetically identical cells in the same conditions can contain different numbers of messenger RNA (mRNA) molecules from the same gene, as transcription and mRNA degradation are stochastic events. We ask how the way a transcription factor controls a gene shapes this variation between cells, using the copper-responsive yeast gene CUP1 and its transcription factor Ace1p as the biological setting. We develop a model in five stages: constitutive production; a promoter that switches between OFF and ON; activation controlled by a fixed Ace1p input; explicit Ace1p binding at the four CUP1 response elements; and a reduced two-state model whose activation rate is a Hill function of the input. For each stage we derive the steady-state mean and Fano factor (variance divided by mean) and check them against exact Gillespie simulations. When the input controls only how often the promoter switches ON, a stronger input raises the mean and lowers the Fano factor, whilst the mean burst size stays fixed. Following binding at four sites shows that the input also lengthens ON periods, so it changes burst size as well as burst frequency. With the illustrative parameters used here, a Hill reduction calibrated to the four-site model reproduces its mean to within about 10% over the inputs studied, but underestimates the Fano factor by up to about 19% and overestimates the burst frequency by up to about 168%. Preserving the average mRNA level therefore does not preserve the variation between cells.</text>

<text>Illegal small-scale gold mining known as "galamsey" generates multiple serious problems for Ghana's environment and economy and its governance systems. The research investigates how well Ghanaian government institutions perform in solving the issue through academic sources and official documents and practical case studies. The research shows that military crackdowns together with centralized law enforcement have achieved minimal short-term success because corruption and elite control and social exclusion have continued to persist. The study reveals that illegal mining continues because enforcement agencies lack proper collaboration with other agencies and the community remains uninvolved and poverty and unemployment serve as major sustaining factors. The research from Peru demonstrates that police interventions based on enforcement alone face severe limitations. The research shows that state institutions need to develop their abilities through decentralized governance and community-based formalization systems to establish lasting solutions. Ghana will achieve better mining sector governance through the combination of improved accountability systems and local community empowerment and environmental protection and economic growth integration.</text>

<text>The national identity of Britain has historically been linked to its centuries-old mission of imperial expansion. In 2025, ideologies of nationalism stemming from British imperialism are dangerously ever-present. This paper seeks to examine the ways in which notions of coloniality are perpetuated by 20th and 21st century children’s literature, using the case studies of the Chronicles of Narnia and Harry Potter series. The essay also utilises interviews with British students conducted by the researcher to aid in understanding the impacts of white nationalism, both in literature and in real life, upon non-white young adults. </text>
