Through RNA sequencing analysis, this project inspects some of these differences in Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) positive Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) cultures, particularly demonstrating a downregulation in key regulators of the cell cycle such as the Anaphase Promoting Complex (APC/C) and Origin Recognition Complex (ORC) in the 3D models. This is evidence that 3D models are more representative of tumour microenvironments and therefore supports their use in pre clinical studies for improved downstream analysis. Title A name given to the resource Social Sciences Subject The topic of the resource Social Sciences Academic Paper An academic paper Abstract The abstract of the paper This paper seeks to examine introspective perceptions of intersectionality among queer women of colour; we analysed internalised behaviours and ideas of race, sexuality, and gender, and how these identities interacted with each other, as separate entities and also as one cohesive intersectional identity. The key themes found and examined were: othering and lack of belonging, lack of acceptance, hiding sexuality, familial duty and honour, religion, and then trans inclusivity has also been explored. The core theme of othering was unanimously present among participants, while the other themes were present in multiple pieces of written and spoken discourse. We also analysed the presence of race as a dominant social factor in self determination and realisation.
